Default About to buy a b20/gsr motor in an Integra, need advice.

To make a long story short I'm going to condense it.

I bought an ej8, two months later some blonde on her phone runs a red light, hits me, car is totalled, her insurance pays me and I start looking for a new car.

I started to ask my friends help me find something and everyone tells me about this guys Integra that he never drives and built very very well. They tell me it's a quality build b20/vtec. None of my friends would lie to me about something like this so I pretty much trust them.

The only thing is that I know nothing about b20/vtecs. Is there anything I should look for before I go check out his car again? Are there any notorious problems with these builds? If you guys could just post up general info like maintenance with motors like this and such..

Any help is appreciated. I'm kind of a n00b when it comes to these things.
