A25 and A6 on P28 questions...
These should both be related to the o2 heating circuit... but I cant really find out the information I need.
I got into a debate with poison tonight about the wiring of a 4 wire o2... and I KNOW I was right about the basics... but I want to see how it relates to the honda wiring.
I was saying, for simple hookup, the guy ONLY needs one wire to the ECU to get o2 feedback, as long as both of the o2 sensor grounds are grounded to the battery. (I know this works because I did a 1 wire to 4 wire conversion on my Mopar)... but maybe the honda needs the o2 ground hooked up to the ecu. The heater is strictly optional... althought required if you want to avoid a CEL. I just cant find the specific description of the pins used for the o2 heater.
One HAS to be a ground, and one has to be 12V. But the description I'm finding on h-t is...
yel/blk - A25 - 12V switched
org/blk - A6 - O2 heater control
By the nature of the 4 wire o2s... you have a ground for the sensor itself, and a ground for the heater. I know the 12v CANT be for the sensor element, as they are based on 1v I believe... not 12v.
I cant find a description for A25 or A6 anywhere...
I went to hybrid garage, and here is what it shows for A25...
A25 YEL/BLK IGP2 to main relay and to gound for o
It stops after the o, and I think thats supposed to say ground. So maybe it was supposed to say "Ground for Oxygen Sensor Heater" maybe????
Can someone shed some light on the function of these 2 pins?
Thanks!

Re: A25 and A6 on P28 questions... (smdandb2)
White wire on O2 sensor is signal wire. Green wire is Signal ground. Both black wires are the heater circuit wires, and though someone has said that the polarity matters, it doesn't or Honda would have made them different colors. One side goes to the heater circuit control, and the other goes to 12V switched power. The ECU grounds the heater circuit when it wants to turn it on.
Run O2 sensor signal (white) to D14
You can run the O2 sensor signal ground (green) to D22 (or any other good ground)
Run O2 sensor heater circuit control (black) to A6
You can run your O2 sensor heater circuit power (black) to A25/B1 (or any other good switched 12v source)
Run O2 sensor signal (white) to D14

Thank you, that proves my point.
