very simple man
this is what you need to get:
99-00 Si Rear Bracker
99-00 Driver Side mount
and I would highly suggest a EX wiring harness...its much easier to wire up and stuff. plus your ready for VTEC if you every get it

Check my sig for the How-To.
If you have a CX or DX then you also need to address the IACV. Use the plug off the LS harness (2 wire) and put it on the Civic Harness (3 wire). Match the two wire colors and tape up the orange one since it's not used. Now move the wire at A14 to A12 and you will not get a code 14.
( I need to add this to the How-To)

I had a question about the LS, is it OBD II, would you need to convert the harness? And if so, which years were OBD II for ease of installement and peace of mind.

What do we need to do to get the LS into the DX? Hasport told us it just drops in with the mounts stated above. He has a extra usdm 99 B16 motor-tranny wires axels and all layin there so the mounts are no biggy. An EX harness is only $75 from a friend. What would you do? The motor is almost ready to pull but we are jst waiting to see what needs to be done.

we did the swap today and it runs good. We need to hook up the o2 wires and do the pin swap and I think it will be good. Oh yeah and new pipe! I will post pics soon.

You move the pin from a12 to a14.You can just cut the wire at a12 and then pin a14 and sauder that wire over to a14. I just did mine about 10 days ago and everything went nice. I swithced to OBD though. . I also had to change the iat sensor since it is a different sytle connector and its in the intake manifold instead of the intake pipe. Hit me up for any questions.
