you're new, so i will point you in the right direction. http://hybrid.honda-perf.org/tech/6gtech.html *hint* if you use the 99-00 civic si engine wiring harness, its all plug and play (almost), you might have to add the iab solenoid plug for your gsr intake manifold, but if you have a skunk2 manifold dont worry about it. and if you run an obd2 ecu, you will have to add a secondary o2 sensor. if you run obd1, you will not have to add that sensor. i would suggest going obd1, less hassle.

I did this swap for my friend except it was a 96 DX hatch, with a 99 GSR motor. It should be the same except easier. If you have the EX wiring harness you should be pretty much set. All you are goin to have to add is the IAB sol wire and a wire for the knock sensor. I also have a list of wires to cross so that you can bypass ur secondary O2 sensor. Just use the EX harness it's a lot easier. I'm goin to be doin my other friends 99 hatch but he's goin to buy a EX harness for his GSR. If you need some pin locations the OBD2 IAB solenoid pin is A26 the knock sensor is pin D6 and i'll give you the rest of the **** later if you want it...
