99 CX with 98 EX power windows, locks, CC, PS and engine - What to do about wiring
I have a 99 CX and want to transfer power windows & locks, cruise control, the vtec engine etc from a donor 98 EX.
Should I swap the under-dash harness and engine harness with everything?
Will the 98 harness work with the rest of the wiring in the 99 CX?
Will the OBD scan tools at the emissions know the difference?
Or does the 99 CX have all the wiring for everything already? (except the vtec wires and the obd2b at the ecu difference)

Are the 99 EX and 99 CX under-dash harnesses the same except for the vtec wiring? I might have found a 99 to use as a donor.
