i have a gsr swapped 99 civic hatch that had a obd2a engine harness in it. today i removed it to put the proper obd2b harness out of a running 99 with a b series in it already. it now wont start i have spark and i have fuel pressure but no injector pulse. no codes when i flash it. ive been over it like ten times and cant see anything left unplugged im running a chipped obd1 computer with a jumper harness and i have tried multiple computers. ive check the wires from the computer the the injectors all okay. i have all my grounds and powers to my computer

any ideas would be apreciated

You have the way to try the ECU from the car you swap the harness?

Do you replace the jumper for obd2b to obd1?

i tried 2 know good ecu;s and i tried mine in another car and the computers are fine i did change my jumper but ived tried 2 others also and mine in another car runs the other car fine

Did you have fuel on your spark plug ?

I had this problem, and the solution where the imo :/
