i have a 99 honda civic ex coupe with jdm 96 spec b18c itr running on my usdm ex harness to a p73 ecu jdm i use a canadian p72 to read my codes when i connect the obd2 scanner in it reads 3 codes p0135 02 heater bank 1 sensor 1 also p1337 and p1259 i know p1259 is vtec malfunction i removed solenoid and cleaned it up still throwing the code vtec hits sometimes but not all the time when i hit the gas all the way to the ground vtec wont kick at all and if this helps got a skunk2 ultra series im a apexi header which i thnk is stock on jdm b18c a test pipe and a skunk2 exhaust

Why are you ignoring p0135 and p1337? Troubleshoot them too.

what do you mean ? im not ignoring them i dont know what they are my obd2 scanner says no dtc

As for p0135 measure the resistance of the heater circuit on the sensor it self. It should be between 10-40 ohms of resistance. For p0137 you will need a scan tool that displays o2 sensor voltage data.
