Default 99 Civic B20Z swap problems

I'm having some serious issues with a b20 swap.

Over 10 weeks ago I delivered my civic to a mechanic for a b20 conversion. The car has been returned to me 3 times. The first two times the shop towed the car in for a transmission leak. They say a brand new transmission was purchased which is what is in the car now.

After driving the car for a day, the passanger CV Axle is busted. The shop told me one of the problems they were having was passanger CV Axles breaking. While inspecting the engine compartment, I noticed metal flakes that appear to be coming from where the passanger Axle connects to the automatic transmission.

I suspect I might have a problem with my engine mounts, because the engine doesnt look like it fits squarely.

Mount

Notice the two bolts on the top of the trans to the right of the mount. Should they be equadistant from the compartment?

Driver Side Mount .. I don't think there is a problem here...

Engine appears to be off center
