99-00 Civic EX wire harness

Can I use this wire harness for my GSR swap into 97 EK?

I am using a 99 GSR motor tranny and ecu, would that plug into my ecu?

Yes it will plug into your ecu. You can use the wiring harness. You will need the plug for the butterflys however. You should be happy with this setup! GL with your swap.
