97 hx into 93 cx...don't ask_ecu ????
can i use a 92-95 EX ecu, the 97 hx ecu obviously wont plug in, but is the ex and hx mapping similar enough? please help.

97 hx 1.6 sohc vtec, fuel economy, you can use the 92-95 ecu, but you won't have vtec, but you didn't anyways(cx), hx gears are similar to 96-98 ex gears, except 5th, a little longer, it will work.
