Will a 99-00 si ecu work in a 97 civic ex?

it will work but it will not plug in....96-8 used different plugs then 99-00 civic/integra cars....for more performance get a obdII to obdI harness converter and chipped p28 ecu....more power that way.....

also 99-00 si do have knock sensor which will throuw a code....
