Default 96 ex motor into 94 civic?

I'm planning on installing a 96 ex motor in my dads 94 civic (daily driving). I was wondering if the 94 civic tranny mount will bolt on to the 96 ex tranny? Or will the 96 motor and tranny fit in the 94 civic if i transfer all the 94 mounts on to the 96 motor and trans?

the only mount you should need to change is the trani mount, use the 94 trani mount and the rest is cool, if i remember correctly

if the 96/EX motor is complete w/transmission, it will completely bolt right into the 94 civic with ease and you can totally reuse all of the 94 civic's engine mounts, shift linkage, axles, ignition system, injectors, and ecu.

Put it this way, all the 92-01 civic d-series engine mounts (with exception to the timing belt side mount) are all the same between 92-01 civics.

And yes, you can bolt up the 94 civic tranny mounts to the 96 EX tranny, no problemo.
