1. can i use my stock throttle cable? if not witch one do i use?
2. can i use my stock mounts?
3. do i use the b18c wire harness? or do i have to slice up the b18c and the d16y7 and make a custom harness?

thanks in advance

this should help you out a little, you will need to wire up for IAB, VTEC Solenoid, VTEC pressure switch, Knock sensor, 2 wire IACV, and misc others

You can use the stock side mounts but you will need a 99+ Si rear mount.

Now, this was the case for a b18c1 swap into a 99 cx. So, I think it is the same for you too.

Good Luck!

You need a stock 99-00 Honda Civic Si rear L-bracket and you need to change the timing belt cover mount to a 99-00 Honda Si as well. Hope that helps.

So the mount bolted to the block under the timing belt is different between B16 and B18?? Can you still use the B18 bolts that go into the block???

Both side and rear mounts must be changed. I had to do both because whoever did the swap tried to cut corners. The side engine mount bracket must be swapped with the the 99-00 civic SI bracket. This is because the integra's bolt studs are spaced too far out and the studs are too long with the threads ending too short. Its easy to do, just need to take the timing belt cover off and its right there. I would reccomend doing this with the engine out of the car because it was a PITA doing this with the engine already in. Now for the back you're going to need to change out the tranny "T" bracket because its not the right length. I think its too long, you could cut and weld but why not go to honda and pick up a new one that will FOR SURE work. They wern't way too expensive, each under $100 for sure. I would also like to reccomend getting some motor mount insurts or atleast window-welding the mounts to prevent the motor from moving too much.
