Where does it lead to?

Are all the hoses from the heater core connected?

One of heater hose is not connected.. Is it supposed to hook heater hose up in that pipe? Sorry for bad english. Im a deaf person

In the EK ('96-00 civic) chassis, it is common to remove the hard pipe and soft pipe that you have circled and simply run a single long 5/8" heater hose between the water pipe under the intake manifold (between the water pump and thermostat housing) and the heater core port on the firewall. It would connect to the port that does NOT have the box containing the valve door. Another alternative would be to purchase a '97 Integra GSR heater hose that goes between the hard pipe you pictured and the heater core.
