I did an auto to manual swap on my 95 Accord...used all Accord Mt mounts and brackets with prelude driver side mount. Bolted everything up and my engine does not sit level...the drivers side looks about and inch higher than passengers side. Also I used my Accord AC and the pulley is like 1/2 inch from the frame and crankpulley is close too.

Wondering if anyone else has had this problem????

Question....

I have a 1997 Accord EX Auto and I am looking to swap in an H22 w/ 5 Speed.

You've done this. What mounts/ brackets will I need? I've been told I need to remove the passanger-side trans bracket (Welded to the frame) and replace it with the 5 Speed Accord bracket... Please break it all down for me.

Which motor mount and which bracket in each location?

did you weld on teh 5 spd bracket on teh frame rail on teh passenger side, or drill a new hole higher up on teh stock bracket? if nto it will sit lower.

The reason your motor is sitting that way is because you need to change the motor mount bracket that is welded to the car from auto to stick then the motor will sit fine.
