I'am thinking about doing a b16swap in my 94'ex. I will be using the stock p28 chipped to a stock b16 program. Can I use the stock harness?

yes thats exactly what you are supposed to use. All you need to do is seperate the O2 wires(not cut) form the main loom then they will reach to the O2 sensor location on the B16a which is closer to the cat on the exhuast manifold
