HEllo I got two problem cars right now and believe they are probably from the same cause:
1994 JDM GSR in a 1991 integra with obd 1 conversion and ecu.
Runs fast as hell when first started but after 5-7 mins starts puttering really bad especially with full throttle. No check engine codes either. It runs good at first so if it was timing or if any ignition or fuel components were defective it would run BAD all the time not just when hot!

1997 USDM CAR GSR
When car is first started or after it sits for 10 minutes and cools down starts puttering really bad and hard to accerate over 5K but after it warms up the car runs fast and goes all the way up to 8K, but after you let the car sit and idle for 10 minutes it startes puttering again. Since this is obd 2 i hooked up my scan tool to look at the o2 sensor when it was puttering. the primary o2 sensor goes to 1.3Volts which is fully rich and runs bad, but after 10 minutes the o2 sensor starts to act normal again. I replaced the primary o2 sensor already and still does it. I also looked at the coolant temp sensor thinking it was putting the engine into cold startup rich mode but was reading over 185 F.
