Default 94 EG8 ls vtec swap

sup, im using a B18a1 block, obd0, and putting in obd1 car, I just bolt up all OBD1 bolts ons correct? as in, intake mani, tb, dizzy, and....what else would i need for OBD1? besides ECU, haha, thats a given, also, Which ECU would be best, PR3? or could I use an H22 ecu, and get it programmed>? they are so much cheaper, just wonderin why also. But um, yyeaah, What axles are neeed for this? the b18a1 i have came outa 91 integra LS, auto, no revs on engine, hehe, and those axles wont work im guessing, But any info is whats up, aiite, be easy.
