Default 94 eg hatch h22 turbo issue

Hey everyone im am having a issue with my car starting after my build.
I have a h22a1 swapped 94 cx hatch. Hondata s300 ecu. car ran and drove fine for over a year with this setup and no issues. I pulled the motor and put a h22a block in with a pnp h22a1 head and turboed the car. same wiring harness and everything that was used before no wiring was changed minus the injectors clips. i went from using stock injectors to using precsion 880cc injectors, larger rail etc. i know timing is correct and the dizzy is new so are the plugs and wires.
The issue is the motor will turn and turn but not start. i have tried everything i can think of and double checked everything but nothing. and i noticed the ecu/hondata light will be green but when i turn the key it turns red till i stop trying to crank the motor. i swapped ecu out to see if anything would change and same result. i had the ecu uploaded with a basemap from a shop that will be doing the tuning but the second ecu i have was used for a h22 and has a map and it wont start either. please and help would be awesome bc im at a loss. also do i need to be using a resistor for the injectors? i have a p06 and a p30 ecus. both have been used for this motor and chassis. thanks
