94 eg hatch fuel issue - h22a turbo engine
I have a 94 cx hatchback with a h22a swap. its boosted. i have a aem fuel rail and fpr with 880cc injectors. yesterday i installed a walbro fuel pump. now i cant get the car to maintain idle at all i have to rev it slighty to keep it going. when i drive the car it falls flat on its face at around 2000 rpm in any gear. the fuel pressure drops and climbs when ur on and off the throtle from 43 to 35 but at idle holds steady 42-43psi. car ran and drove fine with the fuel setup and stock pump the day before. the new pump was brand new. i also reinstalled the idler control valve yesterday so maybe theres some relation to the idle. any help or ideas would be awesome. thanks.

I havent tried that yet i will later tonight. Weird thing is the idler control worked fine when i pulled it off a few weeks backs no idle issues or anything.

well now i have a second issue. switched it back to the stock fuel pump just to see if it was that and car ran for alittle and i turned it off. went to turn it back on a few mins later blew a fuse on my killswitch. replaced fuse then blew another on the interior fuse box. then the ecu was no light. i have s300 so its green usually. replace interior fuse and green lights back. go to start the car and car wont start. has power but is completely dead like if the ignition fuse underhood had blown but i checked and its fine. im at the scratching head smoking a cig phase now.

so update on the build and issues its had that are now resolved. Ignition related issues came from wiring issues relating to the starter. the ittle wire on the starter had literally blown apart....not sure how it happened but its fixed now. And idle issues were from my fpr being bad. it was literally fine one day and not the next but oh well. all issues have been resolved and the car is being tuned. any ideas what it will make on the dyno?
h22a. stock bottom end. fully port and polished head, built, stage 2 cams,
precision sc44 .63, 880cc injectors and full supporting mods. tuning at 6-7psi for now till block is built. Just curious what yall think.
