'94 B18C1 into '92 Si wiring question.
I understand that I have to wire a wire from the Civic's harness to the GSR ECU for the knock sensor. Isn't there another pin position that has to be moved? My car is only running 15.9 and I wondering WTF. Thanks,

I am amazed both at the coincidence by which my post randomly precipitated you 1000th post (congratulations), and at the thoroghness, exactness and expertise with which you were able to solve my particular tech question! You must have a red "H" tattooed on your brain.

I want to make this clear: So hypothetically, the VTEC wire extant in the '92 Si harness should be accounted for. If that is correctly assumed, (which is should be) should it also be assumed that the ADDITION of not only the provision for the knock sensor at ECU pin position "D3" but the secondary intake manifold at "A17" is required? Or, does the '92 to '95 Civic Si/EX harness have a provision for "A17" like it does for the VTEC solenoid at "D6" To sum up, do I have to add the wire for the secondaries at "A17" as I did for the knock sensor at "D3", or not? Sorry for the lack of brevity.

I'm also a little confused about the two wires you need to run. I know a wire needs to be plugged into the ECU at a certain pin location, but is the wire part of the harness, or is it just a seperate wire you run yourself and splice into the wire on the IAB? I'm just completely confused because people tell me different things every time. Can somebody clear this up, I'm doing the swap Friday on my EX and don't wanna get stuck at this part.
