Default 94 B18B1 into 94 GSR chassis--help with wiring harness

I will be temporarily swapping a b18b1 into my gsr to give me time for a rebuild. I am still a bit confused as to how this thing gets wired up. The b18b1 originally came out of an auto car, but I will be using my gsr transmission, and the auto p75 ecu(I know I'll have a couple of cel codes b/c of this).

I need to know which wiring harness to use. The harness on the LS motor has quite a few extra connections for sensors that were on the auto tranny. Can I just leave this harness on the motor, plug it in at the firewall, and leave the extra connectors dangling?? For some reason I think that the LS harness should plug right in, but didn't know if it made a difference since it's an auto harness.

Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Jason
