Default '92 ls Intermediate shaft work in a '95 Integra?

I checked at a-autmotiveparts.com and it says they're different part numbers. I was just trying to make sure since I have a '92 LS intermediate shaft. Will it work in a '95 Integra GSR with a ls motor and b16 tranny? Thanks for any info.

Well. the part numbers are definately diffferent...The 94-01 Integra Intermediate shafts have a MALE intermediate shaft on the drivers side....The year of your Teg has a FEMALE intermediate shaft on the drivers side, what u would do is run a 94-01 integra passenger side axle, and a 92 intermediate shaft with a 92 integra drivers side axle (i think).... good luck..

Are the lengths the same? If so, I'll go to the auto parts store tomorrow and pick one up. Thanks.

If you have a 92 LS intermediate shaft, then you need the 90-93 integra axle. If you have a 95 intermediate shaft, you need a 94-01 axle. Simple as that. As long as you have them matched up, they will work fine and they are the same length.

Just out of curiousity. What made you put a 92' LS motor in a 95' GSR.

Actually, I was going to put a '92 LS swap (replace pistons and bearings) into my '95 GSR because I found a good deal for the swap. I traded the tranny off and I'm using the wiring harness, injectors, and ecu. I just bought a '95 LS longblock so I'm stuffing that in the car now without a rebuild.

I'm going to rebuild the '92 longblock with forged pistons and swap it in when the '95 LS motor blows.

Now, if you're curious as to why I have a LS motor in a GSR shell, I bought the car w/o drivetrain and I can't afford nor want to put in a GSR swap (too much $$$).

I thought that was probably the case. Well, if your LS motor comes up missing stock parts, let me know. I have lots.
