91 HB w/ Z6 swap and L3 - no check engine light?
I just did my swap and I'm getting no check engine light... generally this is good... but when I first did the swap I left the map sensor unplugged and I didn't get the engine light... why?
I think maybe it's wiring... the light never comes on even when you turn the key on... is this ECU controlled?
I did a manual obd0 to obd1
p28 ecu
car was originally pm-5
Also my L3 si tranny is giving me some trouble...reguardless of gear, direction, or speed - everytime I shift and properly release the clutch the car "jumps" like I'm dumping the clutch too fast
I adjusted the clutch (both ways) to try and resolve this. It failed to fix it.
I am now leaning toward the throwout bearing being a little sticky... I just want some other ideas...
this tranny has been sitting for a year... I didn't do anything except change the fluid before driving it... any problems from that?
suggestions to help me resolve this "unhealthy" tranny and no code ecu would be greatly accepted.
thanks guys/gals
