'91 CRX; swap B18C5? Possible???
im 91 CRX D16A9 owner from Turkiye.
i saw JS RAcing's Civic and CRX video. there is a fantastic black CRX in this video u knows... i want a same modifying for my car, but my car must be more luxury. 750kg. lightweight not important for me. my car can be 900-1000kg. anyway...
i need a help about engines. im thinking B18C5 swap. possible? what can i do for more performance? where can i find performance parts for b18c5? i want a B18C5 CRX Turbo minimum 8PSI, maximum 10PSI. (it must be nearly 340-370hp). There are a lot of JDM engine sales companies on the web. How can i trust JDM engine sites? which one is the best company? Are B18C5 engines 0 miles??? so what can i do? where can i find? i need a list/info? pls write me my tuning plan... i asked because this is very important for me... ill start this project 3-4 months later, this autmn. i dont want to make a mistake because tuning works very difficult and expensive here...

Installing a B18C5 is the same as any other B series motor - B16A, B18A, etc. By the looks of your possible future modifications, I wouldn't waste the $ on an ITR motor. If you are going to be doing internals, a turbo and things like that then it would be best to go with a GSR, LS or building one from the ground up. Don't get me wrong, you can turbo an ITR and also crack into it and install a stroker kit or other internals, but they are priced high and a perfect N/A motor for a reason and it's usually best to keep it that way.

. the itr has higher compression, which makes it a better NA motor, and a worse FI motor than a gsr or ls (which are both far cheaper).
