Default 91 Civic with 93 Integra B18 Limp mode question

Just completed my swap, 91 DPFI to obd1 93 Intega engine. I have gone over my wiring enough to where I have pin numbers and wire colors memorized. In the late night that I was finishing the conversion I messed up the crank angle sensor wires, but it would still start and run in limp mode (3200 rpm limit, rough running), however once I hook up the crank angle sensor correctly the car will not start, Doesnt even act like it would like to.. I am running the original distributor that came with the engine as well as the original obd1 pr4 ecu. Some one who has experienced something similar, or is a guru, please help me out, I am mechanically savy and have quite a bit of experience working with factory efi systems, but am just looking for some insight or some experience from someone who has been through this before... thanks
