EATIN UP UR BSERIES

ok i just finished putting a h22 in my friends 90 accord ..started right up..the only thing is when i pressed the gas..it sounded like it wasnt getting any gas....i had t give it alot of gas to move it cause it felt like it was "catching"any gas..when i pressed the pedal.. ....i dont know how to fully explain it..but when i put the accord ecu..it caught it revved up perfectly..but when i put the p13 back in.it did it again.i had to anyone ever have this problem?? any suggestions would be appreicated//
