89 Civic Si w/ 96 B18b1 runs, but having a leaking issue
So, many of you may have seen my other threads trying to figure out how to get it running. Well now it runs, but just today I started having a problem and won't run it until it's fixed. At first, it seemed that the throttle cable was sticking adn the idle kept increasing as I stopped and continued. The idle would jump back down to normal when I pulled the gas pedal towards me, effectively cutting off some of the air flow. I lubed the cable, and it still continued. There is also a power loss which isn't good, and It ran great before this.
The most important thing that I noticed though is that there is a fluid leaking onto the ground. It is dripping off the bottom of the tranny and has spread all over my shift linkage and some of the undercarriage. My guess is that it has something to do with the braking system and the vacuum. I'm not sure how to tell what the liquid is, but here's some pictures:

It's kind of hard to see,but there is like a drop of the fluid on the shift linkage knuckle thing. It couldn't be the tranny fluid since that shouldn't effect performance or idle. Here are some more pictures if they help:

If you have fresh oil in your motor, it could possibly be a rear main seal.

It is fresh oil, and when I checkee it, the oil level was still fine. It also only started yesturday, but appeared to escalate quickly.

I mean to say that I have recently changed the oil, but I'm not sure what the liquid is.

Would I only have to replace this #23?
