Read the FAQ in the EF 88-91 Civic/CRX section, you'll get alot of info there. Off the top of my head, you'll need
Mount Kit
Shift Linkage
Motor with tranny and ECU
Axles with halfshaft
Almost everything is straight forward. To make life a little bit more simple, you'll want to get an OBD0 (Pre OBD to be technical) ECU. You'll need to wire your car for MPFI because your car is currently only using 2 fuel injectors. Other than that, every thing else should be plug and play with maybe a couple of extending wires at a couple of places.

Do you have a chilton/haynes manual? That will tell you how to remove your engine. Install will be the reverse with replacement of the new mount kit being the only addition. As for the wiring, look for the DPFI to MPFI thread. I think the only other thing needed to modify is the wheel hubs (removal of the dust ring) but that's something I'm not sure about.
