3k redline...NOT o2 sensors or angle sensors (already checked)
Hey guys..me again...Ok we did a swap from my 97hx and put in a 99 si engine..Running a 97 gsr ecu....idles fine, but redlines at 3k rpms...anyone have any clue why it would do something like that, and what should we check...We already checked the o2 sensors and they look fine, and the crank angle sensor looks good too...the only codes the ecu is throwing is 41(o2) 65(o2) and 91(something with fuel)....thanx guys..

check your fuel injector wiring make sure they are not crossed, or your wire harness is correct, get a pin chart and check

I would look into your distributors CKP and CYP.... Is your CEL permanetly on??? This would indicate that your ECU is running your car in limp mode which will make your car run a little rich... Has your ECU been chipped??? IF so make sure the ROM has good connections to the IC socket or the board... Peace
