2 unconnected plugs gsr swap

2 unconnected plugs gsr swap
My car has a gsr swap, 1994 civic....next to the ecu there are 2 groups of wires with harneses that are not connected to the ecu. What are they for?

how many wires on on the harnesses? If they are the ones I am thinking of, they are used to pull codes from the ecu if you are throwing a check engine light.

If you could show a picture of what you are speaking of, it would clear it up for sure. Or tell us how many wires are going to each pins.
However, what Civic_freak was speaking of does sounds correct. And most of the time, those 2 clips are plugged into a green clip that helps keep them together and so it doesn't appear it is supposed to something else, but that green clip is not "needed".
