Default 2.25 in piping vs 2.5 in piping(b18c1)

I have a 96 civic Ex and a few weeks ago decided to go turbo on my ride. I changed the exhaust piping on my car to 2.5in for the turbo. I now decided to change from going turbo and just put a b18c1 into my car and do the swap. I will not be going turbo on this engine but staying all motor and be building it up. So now I'm curious on what is better piping to have with the b18c1 engine. Anyone have any suggestions on what will give better overall performance between the 2.25 and the 2.5in piping.

you should be ok,your going to lose a little low end grunt but it should make more hp at higher rpms, which may or may not be good if you care about midrange hp. the 2 1/4 piping becomes a hp "LIABILITY" at about 220 hp...
