2.25 header vs. 2.5 header (4-1 vs. 4-2-1)
I have a greddy 4-2-1 header right now on my b18c1 EG that is 2.5" all the way throughout. Now, I want a 4-1 header for topend and have a deal to get a 4-1 DC header 
but its 2.25" throughout. Which should I go with? Stay with the greeeeedy or get the thinner DC?

why wouldn't you just go w/ the JDM DC Sports ITR 4-1 header? It has a 2.5".
