gsr swap question
whats up i just swapped a 97 usdm gsr into my ej8 im having a little problem with bolting the header and exhaust on my current cat doesnt line up to the gsr oem header the two bolts dont line up......do i need to get a gsr cat..

You'll need a new cat, and longer b pipe. Best bet is to get all aftermarket stuff. ie a dc 4-1 jdm 2.5 collector header, a 2.5 cat, then a 2.5 exhaust.

ok i have itr from cat back i think.......can i just get stock itr headers and itr cat

yes....get the itr header and cat and the itr catback should work....i know the bpipe will work i don't know about axel back...

ok now im confused cause i just looked at my full exhaust from where the cat bolts up all the way back its looks all the same size supposed to be itr but my cat is to small to bolt to my oem gsr exhaust manifold which is 2.5" right, it looks identical to my bois exhaust and he has itr and i dont think itr would be smaller than gsr so wtf....on a 2.5" cat is just the flange that bolts to the header larger or are both of them larger........now its looking like i gotta get all new exhaust system
