1994 teg RS 193k :(
hey everyone- ive owned this car for over two years now since i was 16. it have 193k miles on it with 80% being highway from the previous owner.
my dilema is that the car is in GREAT condition inside and out and i want a new car but im afraid that i wont be able to get more than a couple grand for it.
what would you guys/gals do if you were me? budget it limited due to getting ready to go to college next year and have a part-time job.
would you rebuild this B18B (non-vtec) engine? if so, what is involved in this and how much $$$? would it be as reliable as a new engine?
i would like to either rebuild or get another B18B (and turbo it eventually)
or a lower milage GSR swap?
what is your opinion on my situation?? thanks for your help
lets throw a 3g limit (give or take a few) on it

i would say just drive it like it is and don't push it so much that the motor will die. Should go for a while longer. Drop a K20 in it when you have the funds. Save that 3k for a little longer.

a good K20 swap and install would run me around $7000 right?
my thoughts are that i bought my car for $5gs and i dont know if it would be the smart thing to drop 7gs on a car that i paid only paid 5gs for
