Default 100-90-100-100 BAD!

ok this is the scoop. i broke my timing belt few months back, i took off my head, inspected my valves (some looked bent) and i noticed #1 cylinder had oil above the piston when the piston is down. got new gasket, still trying to purchase another head with good valves, dont have intake manifold gasket cuz oem honda cardboard ripped to shreds when i took the intake mani off the head. well anyway with bent valves i got 100-90-100-100 psi. good working motor is 230ish all the way across right? i dont really have a question...just kinda venting my anger. i know i need new valves and piston ring on #1. sorry im just mad if i sound like blabbering.
