Before people are not nice to you, I'd suggest rousing through the Hybrid forums...

Hint:
Spell proportioning right, and your search results will be from smart people.
» Search Results
Your search for proportioning returned 160 results.
Your search for itr proportioning returned 9 results.
Yeah, those search results mostly suck. Someone suggests 99-00 Si without ABS, or JDM ITR without ABS (?)
Your search for itr prop valve returned 6 results.
Here's a good two:

Maybe 94-01 Integra RS w/o ABS is a good choice.

Your question is better suited for the hybrid and or civic forum. You can also try the search function which returned various results for me under various other forums (namely hybrid and civic).
It would also help if you mention the model of civic you have and if you have rear drums or disks.

Well, yeah, but you suck at t3h reading.
He has 01 ITR brakes swapped in, master cyl and brake booster, but no ABS. His Cibic doesn't have abs, so what does that make it, cx/vx?
