I can make that for you but why would you want to run the '00 Si ECU. That ECU is not a good ECU if you want to go fast.
I would recommend switching to OBD1 and running a chipped P28 if you have a DOHC VTEC B-series swap in your '96 LS.

would it be possible to make a harness adapter for a 96 ex harness to a 00' si ecu? I just did the swap and found that one of the plugs doesnt come from the engine on the si motor.. so my car is still just sitting there
