Well, Your civic is OBD2b and your motor is OBD2a. How complete is the swap? You got a ECU, axles, motor and tranny? You will need Civic Si (99-00) front tranny mount, rear T bracket and front lower engine bracket. You can re-use your driver side upper setup. Or buy hasport or equivelent. Not sure if your IACV is gonna be 2 or 3 wire. easy fix if its 2 and the civic is 3 (you will need a 2 wire harness plug for this). You may need to do some modification to the exhaust depending on what manifold you use.
You need Bseries shift linkage. Tools, a brain and a lift.
I would just get or trade to get a 96-97 LS ECU. OBD2B is different then OBD2a. or get the jumper harness to convert 2a to 2b. not sure if LS has a CFK by the crank? if it does your civic plug will have to be swapped with a integra plug on your harness end.
Be sure to get the plugs you need and dont hardwire stuff. Too much headache don the road. any tuning shop should have lots of everything you need and if they are cool like my guys, They will be happy to give you tips also.
May have forgot somethin, if I did someone will be sure to let you know.

Oh look, Spencer is selling DIRECT copies of Hasport mounts.. Looks to me like another guy selling mounts that will be gone next year, good luck on getting a lifetime warranty.. Tell you what, I'll be happy to find you a dealer that will get you better pricing on genuine Hasport mounts, and Hasport will still be here if you ever do need any help, as they have already been around for at least 12+ years. Don't support guys who just copy other peoples work, or do they just buy the Hasport mounts, mill the Hasport logo off, put their logo on, and brush finish the mounts and claim them as their own? Even the toolpaths look the same..
