Yeah you right .. It's Green/Black.. The accord harness is Black/brown.
Thank you for your help!

you are right, Then the green wire turns into yellow/green.
patastinky, where is the plug on the harness?
BTW, nice gloves
SprayinCX, I will get the info for your OBD2 sesnor problem. I am going to be very busy today.
marshun, Check your wiring for EGR. You have to have it working right to not have a code. The Info on EGR is on the first page.

Re:
I got another question, i plan to get Kteller exhaust, and i cant chose which one to go with. OFC im going with 2.5 inch piping, but the thing that is making me think is do i want the slip on system or the pre bend ones where there is no slip ons there which is much cheaper. I have mig welder. So i can weld it on and put flanges on and weld it.
Also i want straight pipe no catylitc convertor, so do the 3 bolt flanges from kteller will fit on the stock USDM H22A1 header downpipe? I Plan to get aftermarket header this summer. If i get kteller exhaust, do i have to cut/modify the part where it connects to the downpipe to extend it or cut it?
Other thing is, im deaf and i am trying to decide if i should get one resonator from them, or just leave it straight with 2.5 in oval muffler. If i dont get one, will it be so noisy and annoying to others around me? I dont mind the noise. but my concern is the others around me.

Re: Re: (VTECR021)
The kteller exhaust isn't made for this swap exactly. It is mandrel bent for the stock positioning of the stock header and exhaust route.
I'm using the kteller 2.5" exhaust on my h22/civ w/ an an-r header (for the h22/civ swap).

Re: [FAQ] H22A into Civic EG/EK INFORMATION Post all H22A Hybrid info here (Jason kiDD)
turbogixxer thanks for the help.
i was talking to poison and he told me about running a gsr ecu. i can still pass smog crap and also that will eliminate the egr wiring and stuff. i have a teg cfs. the only problem i seen with that was that is only has two wire and one sensor. so the conclusion that i came up with was i could bolt the sensor to the right side of the crank.(if you was looking straight at it) the wire it to two of the the wires on the y8 harness that i am using. then that should fix that.
i am correct or do i need to be corrected?

Re: Re: (DarkKnight1)
so did u have to cut and modify the piping for the cat convertor or straight pipe fitment? did the kteller flanges fit with h22 header or did u have to specify the flange?

It mattters your emissions. Both prelude and integra/civic have sensors going the crank (OBD2). Honda moved the TDC and CKP sensors on the prelude from the dizzy to the crank. On civics/integras, honda added the CKP sensor to the crank. All of there sensors have 3 wires. One wire for power, one wire for the signal back to the ecu and a shielded ground.
like I said, I will get you the info, but I need time to gather it all.
On the emissions thing, You may fail because you are running too rich/lean (if they have a test for that). GSR timing maps are very different then H22a maps.

They give you enough piping for aftermarket header (short then stock header). They do not have the h22a flange, you can weld a pipe to the h22a flange then weld the flanges that are in the kit to the pipe.

thanks, i put these on the MECHANIX gloves (SP?)
I think am about done w/ the wiring, I took apart the Accord injector harness off the accord harness and i am intergrating it onto the civic harnes. Looks cleaner and it's plug and play for the RESISTOR box, i just have to run one wire that i will take a picture of later.
The only thing left now is how to convert the Civic (internal coil harness) into an External coil harness. The h22a4 has already been converted over to obdI and it uses an external coil that i would like to keep. Again thank you gixxer for all your help. I hope maybe we can get this info all into one post and then posted on the 1st page. Think it would help fellow HT'ers w/ there swap if they just knew what color plugs go on what sensors. 92 DX EG auto! Doing this for a really good friend of mine that has helped though out my semester in school, figured this would be a really nice way to repay him for his help

Anybody have this problem:
At TDC one cam gear will look a bit off. I have pulled the belt 3 times and it still looks off, whats up with that?

What kind of gears are they? Is your head milled?

Intake gear is an adjustable STR gear and the exhaust side is stock. Pretty sure the heads not milled. The STR gear is the one that sits to the rear of the engine bay just a tab.

is anyone running the integra cfs sensor on a h22 while running a obd-2 gsr ecu? if you are then how did you mount the sensor?
if i am not mistaken the sensors read different. such as the main timing belt piece that goes over the pulley shaft has the "arms" that it reads from.
i really have no idea how the h22 one works.

ok ok. i got a question!
i got a sensor on the housing of the thermostat. im using an obd1 usdm ecu. does this need to be hooked up? if so, where does it go? i dont see it on diagrams. im thinkin it can connect to the temp sensor on the head.
please help!
