*96-01 LS CRV Distributor Plug, what is the difference?
Ok, I've got a 99 LS with a 96-98 Engine harness and 96 ECU. I just bought a 98 CRV distributor but it doesn't fit. Could it be that the distributor is from a 99+ CRV? Does anyone have the pinouts for a 96-98 and 99+ distributors (non-vtec)?
I ran a search and found bits and pieces but nothing clear.

you coudl try matching the wire colour codes.
they shoudl be the same...
that is a last resort though - dont wanna fry hte ignighter module

no i mean copy hte codes that are on your dizzy to make sure they are the same as the pins on hte new dizzy...
