Default * H23 problem PLEASE HELP *

Hey guys i really need help with my car, i have a 95 gsr with a H23a vtec swap and last night at the track while running my car i accidently went from 3rd gear to 2nd because my shifter is too loose, so i lost power and my car shut off. Now it will start but it shakes really bad and wont idle it will just cut off, and it sounds like there is no compression.
I removed the valve cover to check if it had jumped the timing but it lines up perfect.

If you have any ideas or suggestions id really appreciate the help.

do a leakdown and compression test. you might have bent some valves and/or a piston.

ok so i finnaly got around to pulling the engine apart and all the exhaust valves are bent bad and exhaust valve guides are broken.

already sent the head to the machine shop and ordered H22a (p13) skunk 2 high comp. valves and got some other goodies as well.
Ill post some pics of the bent valves, might make this my build thread now.
Updates coming.
