raise the limit to like 8200-8500, you dont really want to shift to 5th anyways exspecilly right before the line unless you had a 4.7 fd

yeah thats what i though, when i hit the limitr I had a higher trap speed then if i had shifted.

when i put the second gear in the tranny i only changed the counter shaft gear not the input shaft gear too... but the good thing if the tranny shifts smooth but 2nd wines lol, ill pull it today and fix it and try to put it back aswell ;] fun fun.. the engine runs like a top notch tho

my car = working turns out you gotta use the ls imput shaft when you change 2nd gear(ls)

When you do the 1/2 inch over mod does the crank pulley slide right up against the lower timing gear? If so what keeps the t-belt from sliding off?

only do this on a track application (if that). You can't run a t-belt cover if you do this and you should use a t-belt washer to keep the belt from walking.

better off using a f22 washer, its the same size as the crank you just gotta cut the keyway out

Thats what I did. Now the pulley is hitting the tensioner for the balance shaft. I will just get a washer to space it I guess.

i got my cf hood on ;x i wish i would have got the sir style then i could lower it alot more. i had this cf hood for a while(2 yrs) this **** is soooooo hiiiggghhhhh ill take pics tomarrow

i used an h series washer, but had to cut a slot into it to slide over the guide worked well
