Seems a little high but it's up to you. I bought my 99 B18C1 with 11K for $3750 shipped. It came with a 6 month unlimited mileage warranty and lots of extras.

Not to shabby of a deal although you might be able to find a better one, or not. I got my 00' B18C1 with 9K miles for $4K shipped to my door. Bargain with them.

price seems decent. i'm sure you could get it down to $4000 shipped at least.
type r, most all usdm motors if bought from salvage yards in the states will give you 3-6 month warranties. start up warranties are usually only jdm motors.
i got a 6 month warranty with my 99 h22a also a year and half ago. everything was covered if i had a problem with the actual functions of the motor.

For a COMPLETE swap as in motor + parts + install, I don't think that's a bad deal.

The motor was on Ebay back in March and I bid $3200 and won, but the reserve wasn't met. I contacted the people and they said they wanted $3500 plus shipping. The place I bought it from was called LKQ Corporation in Topeka, KS. They are a big company with salvage yards in many states throughout the US. This was the first and only swap I ever bought and I can only say good things about the company. What I got for $3750 shipped to my front door:
* 1999 B18C1 motor + tranny assembled
* 1995 OBDI P72 ECU
* 1999 B18C1 full engine harness
* 1995 B18C1 full engine and cabin harness
* Shift linkage + shifter
* Both axles and intermediate shaft
* Exhaust manifold with cat. conv. and second O2 sensor
* A/C Compressor, power steering pump
* All belts, hoses, sensors, etc. - everything!!!
* 6 month unlimited mileage warranty on all parts
* Verified mileage + compression test
The motor was in eat-off-of it clean condition - not the "we just cleaned up this old motor with Simple Green" clean. It was a 99 so it was the "almost brand new" clean. The coolest thing was that they included the 95 OBDI harness and ECU since I have an OBDI car. I don't know any place that would do that unless you were willing to pay extra for it. What's crazy is I never even requested it, they just sent it.
