Re: (Nishant)
makes for some COOL pictures
Im considering upping the rear tire size and installing the rear wheels/tires on the front. I know the Js racing car(I think) runs rather large, unstaggered tires. Does anyone have any input on this? I want to be able to pretty much tackle any corner at the highest speed possible.
Right now it actually pushes slightly with the 225s up front, then tap the throttle, instant oversteer(or control, however you look at it). I want to be able CRANK the wheel, turn, then mash on the throttle. I dont care about how much bodywork I have to do, just wondering if anyone has done 275s up front, something like a 305 out the back...

Re: (Tinker219)
to do that you need the centers bored out of the rear wheels.......probably not worth it. EFFECT (used to be on this board) did it for a set of wheels to race with....
it would probably look dumb because you won't find any wider rear 16" wheels anyway...... and they won't match the stock rears (that you have now put on the front).
Just buy a set of 4 wheels.... much easier and less weight.
edit - the biggest anyone that I know of has is 285's in the rear.... usually a 73mm offset rear wheel 18x10" or 18x10.5" wide will work.
17" won't work because they supposedly don't clear the suspension.....

Re: (Scot)
ya, Mikes S was pretty sweet, saw it in action a few times.
So far, with rubber, Ive got $800 into my "race" wheels.
$50/piece Konig Appeals in 17X9.5, I couldnt turn them down! The fronts are an
extra set of stockers.
Id move the Appeals to the front(probably have to shave them down), then try and find another blow-out wheel. Im all about "as cheaply as possible"

Re: (daft)
I am so jelous of everyone here with sick *** S2000's, I have recently got addicted once i found out insurance was rediculously low. My teg was stolen, ******* thieves, kill them all!!! BUT I might be able to afford an S2K now, so I am non stop in this part of the forum, to learn as much as possible about the stuff I cant read in magazines. Every posted pic is an amazing car, why cant people with integras, allll follow that same pathway, maybe cuz integras are easier to RICE out....
ps - my teg was stolen on the 12th of july, 2005. Next mod was rebuilding the motor, sucks I had sooo many mods done to my car... thieves made it out tooooooooooo nice with my car, ******* ********, i will kill the person who drove my car away if i ever find them.
PPS - jokes on them cuz my clutch was fucked...
