I dont even know what that means. What makes it "gangstered out"? I'd describe it more like a car with painted pink wheels that got into a fender bender.

By your logic, your "drift beater" would be a nissan sentra that has a dent in it from when you pulled the E-brake in the snow and slid into a street sign.

Your "freeway monster" would be a stock civic DX.

Is that what this is all about? Relative terms? If that's the play we're running, then I'm the world chess champion (because I beat the kid next door who has downs syndrome), an astronaut (because I shot a bottle rocket and pretended I was on it on the way to the moon), a champion race car driver (because I've driven a few track events), kentucky derby winner (because I've ridden a horse in freaking Nebraska for some reason), a master baiter (because I've been fishing...and I watch a lot of internet ****), etc. etc.

^ no sir they are gold. I am planing to paint them pink when they are off the car and im riding on my ap2 v1's. hopefully ill save up for some R-comps to go on them. I dont know yet which track i wana go up to pocono cause u dont need a rollbar. Also wana hit the new tracks built in jersey and the one in english town.

S2000s have a stock roll bar. I haven't had any issues.....even at freaking Road America or Autobahn CC....if you dont have issues there, I figure you won't have issues anywhere.

The stupid BMW clubs do...but besides that you should be clear. Do the tracks just have open test and tune days? You should get in touch with the track officials.

i dont know why you guys cant get it through your head that its JUST A HONDA. hondas are affordable from the get go so in time, obviously they'll get cheaper and more people will buy them that have no idea what the hell theyre doing. stop being an elitist

It's not about being elitist. You obviously don't understand the statement. It's a shame to see a car with so much potential, prowess, and engineering thought put to waste. It was bad enough that hard parkers were all over it...now it's turning into a test bed for other types of ricers.

Cost has little to do with it.

i also understand your point but the s2000 isnt the only car like that. look at the Evo and STI. what im trying to get at is if the s2000 ran NSX prices, you wouldnt have people like that. how many people on the NSX forums put pink rims on their NSX?

I would, I think it looks good on some cars. I have a buddy that has some lime green rotas on his fit and they look sick. I'm trying to find the most annoying color for my stock ap1 rims right now

However I must admit the color choices really add to the shape of the rim.

I think I am going to shot peen or glass bead blast mine to "dull" them. I have been running on black Volks for so long, I forgot what the stockers looked like.
