Last time I checked...you had not checked if a battery is covered by warranty.


Of course batteries have warranties man, hell...i hope you are still not "shoping" around for a battery.

Just go to Autozone, get a duralast, and call it a day....7 yr warranty btw.

batt have ONLY 1 year manufacturer warranty... not applicable with honda warranty..

duralasts have 7 yr manafacturer warranty.

im just saying that for future reference when he goes to buy a batt, obviously his battery now is under no warrenty.

"the Autozone Duralast. Warranty is very good and usually no questions asked. 59.99 for a 7 year warranty with no prorate for the first 2 years. Straight replacement for the first 2 years. The duralast battery is made by Johnson controls along with interstate, diehard, optima,eveready, everstart, energizer,motorcraft etc. Autozone bought a chunk of johnson a while back, The bosch labe is just a relabeled duralst battery that autozone requested the name for the commercial division to use. The reason being that small shops were getting upset because customers were complaining about paying100 plus for a duralast battery when they could go to autozone and get it for 59.95. So autozone came up with the bosch label for their shop accounts to sell so the customer wouldn't know it was autozone and couldn't get a price on it unless they had a commercial account...."

i wonder if they still do straight up replacement after 2 years and 1 minute... ROFL

stick to panasonic/optima battery... weighs less

The battery is the one the honda supplied witch has an expired warranty and its seven years old and not coverd by honda. I when i buy the new one i will get a warranty for sure.

Hi my car wont start dove it on a dolly to get dyno when I got that car wont start,,,, got back home check fuel it good charged battery still no start ,, and by the way I dont get a green light on dash and aswell try to hook up a scanner and said was not able to detect the scanner ,,, im lost help would be appreciated
