Re: (bigmacnfries)
Well the rmp raises by a few houndred. 800 i think....
You feel right away that the car is faster. I went throug the first two gears about 2 sec faster that befor, so the car feels a lot faster
It's also a lot easier to start the car in first now. I can start it in second gear almost as easy as I could in first gear before.
And I can drive in slow turns in third where I used second before.
I had a pro install it for me. He wasn't 100% happy with the job, but he said it was imposible the get it better, so it makes a little noise when I'm easy on the throttle. But I think that is normal. And it's not bad at all. Just a little more noise then before....
All in all it's a great mod! The car is much stronger and fun to drive
The only downside is a little noise (which I don't mind) and higer rmp (which I also don't mind)
Hope you could understand my english, and that this helped you

Re: (Raabjorn)
Installed a pasword jdm kevlar carbon intake yesterday
The install was pretty easy thanks to the instructions that came with it. It's suppose to give 11,6whp while driving at around 60 I think it was, and it defenately felt like it worked. Great sound and looks too

Car just keeps on getting better dude..
Quick question on the hood insulation removal - do you have to snap the clips off, or is there a way of getting them off and re-using them? Did you throw the material away, or keep it just in case?? and do you like the change in engine sound (is it tinny, or better)??
Cheers.

If remember corectly, I got most of them of without breaking them. I kept the insulation just in case, but I won't be puting it back on. Looks much better now
There is a little more engine sound, but I like it.
Thanks for the nice feedback guys
In 2-3 days I will recive my cf single exhaus cap too. That's the only thing I feel is missing on the car now. I'm also thinking about getting a cf hood ( J'$ or top secret)
and maybe painting the hardtop black. Time will tell...
What do you guy's think about black hardtops on silverstone s2k's? I can't decide what I like best haha....

Re: (Raabjorn)
OH! And how could I forget this little update:
The Honda dealer has been working on my car for 1,5 week now. Thanks to siezed bushings on the front suspension
Damn, this is gne cost me a lot... They said it's gone be at least $1600-2000 just for the work. I think I will get it back tomorrow. My Visa card is going to die....

I don't remember. But it probably wasn't too hard. I remeber using pliers to pull some of them out. But it doesn't matter if you break them. You probably won't put back on
