Lol, looks like I rustled some jimmies. Have fun kiddo! Welcome to Honda-Tech
ROTFL!!!!!!!!!
In all seriousness, Ive used balladesports for quite a few things (TCT, Samco intake arm, other nic-nacs) and I can honestly say that if Alex and his crew where aware of a possible issue with any of their products that first they will help you troubleshoot it, explain the proper way to install it, or if it's a product defect, replace the item or refund you. Bhardwick, have you contacted him about these issues you have?

Correct because I don't count it as a car anymore , it's sitting in my back yard totaled. Some *** hole pulled out in front of me & I ran in to the back of them. So pulling everything out for another shell.

No I'm switch to a supra transmission now. So will be getting a trans adapter plate made local.
Have you used their engine mounts?balladesports?

I guess what I'm saying is I like the new company mounts & t plate over them. That's all.

To sum up what I think everyone is trying to say (well im just giving you my opinion here lol)
If you're very mechanically inclined and a die hard Naturally aspirated enthusiast, yes it may be worth paying 4 to 5k for the swap if those are your goals. If you just want more power (like a **** ton more)I recommend boosting which will net you way more power and you can find used kits WITHOUT leaks for $1,800 that will make you faster than the k24 anyway and provide what the S2k needs most.....LOW END TORQUE!Goodluck on your endeavor.

This is my car with the s2000 motor I was really talking about swapping motors with. The k24 instead of a f22.

1. If you go with the K24 S2000 )get the tuners/t1ners forget the company but its tuners misspelled I believe not the ugly innovative/hasport/ballade mounts that use the bolting of the front crossmember)

2. Be realistic with what it is going to cost you all said and done. To do the K24 swap properly youre going to be looking at $8,000-10,000. Some will say that's crazy but think about it.
K24 stock $1500
Refresh OEM Parts gaskets, tensioner, chain, that kind of stuff $500
Mounts and Swap parts $1000
modify intake and exhaust $500-$1500 (if you get the golden eagle k to f intake)
ECU $1000-1500
clutch $500-1000
blah blah blah
point being is all said and done youre going to be about 10k deep for 250-260rwhp on pump but a fun responsive and torque riden street car.

3. Think about what you really want with the car. If you just want it to be a little more peppy and really want to stick all motor just do bolt ons with the F20/F22. Even consider building a F24 stroker with like 13.1 compression on the side down the road with the extra money. If you just want the most power possible go turbo and never look back like I did. And lastly unless youre a die hard all motor fan and want a great platform to mod down the road to make 300whp sure go K series. But youll make more power per dollar sticking with the F series. And trust me this is about 10 years of experience with the cars going into this answer and owning all.
