Good start, don't rag it out like a lot of high schoolers who get a nice car.

Pics are that bad, with a little work it looks like you would be pretty good with a camera. Is this your first car? What are your plans?

Tell him to supercharge it and then it'll be worth it.

This is my first "nice" car for me. All my other rides were under no higher than a 1996
but my future plans NOT SOON but later on in life is to make it a Turbo DD and have some decent wheels.

But can i ask if i installed the springs correctly? i swear that i compare all 4 and they seem to be the same length and thickness. Its just that 2 out of 4 springs were used and i assumed the 2 used one were on the front?

The car is 50/50. I think they are the same spring rate but they might be diff... not sure. I have a turbo S2000 now. Working on building the motor. Just take your time on the turbo build and do it right the first time unlike me.

I here you. I don't want to buy a kit but buy seperate turbo parts also build the motor but still have the ability to rev to 9k and still be a DD is it possible or is that just having high comp piston to be able to rev to 9k?.

comp has nothing to do with the amount of boost your motor is on.

The car looks really good. Its good that you told your friend no to racing. Don't do anything stupid and kill yourself. I read too many threads on S2ki about kids killing themselves with these cars.

Good luck

I wont guys! thanks a lot for the congradulating comments lols
but i have a quick question! i lowered my car and now i just came back from the rainy streets and everytime i take off quickly the car acts as if it has traction control? before i use to spinout freely on the streets and now i feel as if my axles are vibrating! these noises and shakes are scaring me i dont wanna make a new thread about this! can someone share their idea in what it might be? the only thing i can think of is that i didnt tighten the bolts SUPER DUPER tight lol

yes thats actually the "correct way" of putting the springs which is 9coil in the front 8 in the rear.
but since i bought my skunk2 used the person sent me all 4 springs which were 9 coils all the way so i cut and made 7.5 coil in the front and 8 in the rear! im still waiting for the weather to clear up so i can take pictures again and the picture you are refering to is when i had 9 coils throughtout the whole car
